1. Returns if the cause is attributable to our shop

If the product is damaged or the cause is ours, we will refund or replace it at our expense.
◆After receiving the product, please contact us within 8 days and return the product (cash on delivery).

2. Returns due to customer convenience

If the item is returned due to customer reasons, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee.
Additionally, any transfer fees incurred when making a refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
◆If you return a product for which we are responsible for shipping costs (shipping included), the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Used products cannot be returned.

We will inspect the returned product once we receive it. If we determine that the item was clearly used for photography, etc., we will ask you to purchase it.

4. About exchange

We cannot accept exchanges due to customer convenience. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired product online.
