Generally, your order will be shipped within 3 business days of your order.

~If you choose home delivery~

*If your order is placed by 3:00 pm on a business day, we will try to ship it the same day.
We will use Yamato Takkyubin.
*If you are in a hurry, please contact the store by phone.
*In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by email, then cancel your order and deliver only the product that is in stock.

~If you select trackable mail delivery~

*It is not possible to specify the arrival date and time. If you specify on the left, we will change to home delivery. We will recalculate the amount including the necessary fees and then change the amount and invoice you. We are unable to secure inventory during that time.
If your order is placed by noon on a business day, we will ship it the same day or the next day. (There may be cases where this is not possible.)
With the exception of some remote islands, the package will be delivered to the destination within the next day or two.
If your package does not fit in the mailbox, an absentee ticket will be posted, so please contact the shipping company directly to pick up your package at a time that is convenient for you.

*If, for any reason, you do not receive the ordered product and the product is returned to our store, you will be responsible for all round-trip shipping and handling fees incurred.
